Zinc oxide,바카라 먹튀a direct wide band gap (3.37 eV)바카라 먹튀semiconductor with large exciton바카라 먹튀binding energy (60 meV) at room temperature,바카라 먹튀has attracted a lot of interest in recent years due to its potential in applications in nanoscale electronics and optoelectronic devices.바카라 먹튀This talk will discuss synthesis an properties of zinc oxide nanostructured films, nonoparticles, nanowires and its polymer composites and hetrojunctions. The nanostructured ZnO films have바카라 먹튀been바카라 먹튀deposited바카라 먹튀using바카라 먹튀rf-magnetron바카라 먹튀sputtering바카라 먹튀technique바카라 먹튀whereas바카라 먹튀the바카라 먹튀ZnO nanowires have been synthesized by sol-gel technique.바카라 먹튀ZnO바카라 먹튀based바카라 먹튀inorganic/organic hetrojunctions have been prepared using α -NPD and PEDOT: PSS p-type semiconducting organic바카라 먹튀materials.바카라 먹튀Nano바카라 먹튀ZnO바카라 먹튀polymer바카라 먹튀composites바카라 먹튀have바카라 먹튀been synthesized using PANI and바카라 먹튀PVA바카라 먹튀polymers.바카라 먹튀Optical바카라 먹튀absorption바카라 먹튀in바카라 먹튀UV-visible바카라 먹튀range, photoluminescence and second harmonic generation studies have been carried out for optical바카라 먹튀characterization.바카라 먹튀The band gap (obtained from optical absorption) and photoluminescence exciton바카라 먹튀peak바카라 먹튀of바카라 먹튀ZnO바카라 먹튀nanostructured바카라 먹튀films바카라 먹튀prepared바카라 먹튀at바카라 먹튀different substrate temperatures showed a바카라 먹튀red바카라 먹튀shift바카라 먹튀which바카라 먹튀can바카라 먹튀not바카라 먹튀be바카라 먹튀fully바카라 먹튀explained바카라 먹튀in바카라 먹튀the framework of size effect and has been attributed to the relaxation of the induced intrinsic compressive stress. Vertically aligned ZnO nanorods are grown on glass substrates바카라 먹튀and these showed much enhanced second harmonic generation as compared to ZnO films.
